What if I don't own my home?
Interior Redesign isn't just for homeowners. Just because you don't own the place you live, it is still your HOME and you want it to be a reflection of you. I can help you make that connection between the place you live and your haven.
Consultation Fee - At the initial consultation I will talk with you about your needs and take a guided tour throughout your home. During the tour I often give you little ideas that you can do on your own or I'm already giving you ideas about what I can do to help you achieve the look you want. The consultation can last for 1-2 hours. I will credit this fee back to you if we schedule a redesign.
My consultation fee is $50.00.
Redesign Fee - These fees range from $150 to $250 per room depending on the size. This usually includes a consultation before the day the work is performed. However, if the homeowner prefers, I can charge by the hour.
My hourly fee is $50.00 inside Etowah County
My hourly fee is $75.00 outside Etowah County

$150 Written Detailed Report -
This written detailed report is a breakdown, room by room, of suggestions that can be done to the house to get it ready for market. In the written report I list what I would charge for the services if I perform the work. If the HOMEOWNER wants to do all the work, then my job is done and they owe me nothing more.
If the homeowner wants ME to do ALL the work involved my fee is itemized in the report. This is on a house by house basis based on how large the job. Usually it is figured on a flat fee basis, however, I can do it on a hourly basis. If the homeowner wants ME to do SOME of the work involved, I will discuss what they want me to do and charge by the hour.
